Mercedes is a State of Florida licensed and ASHA certified Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. She was awarded a Master of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Florida International University in 2012. She provides pediatric speech-language & feeding therapy focused on evidence based research, clinical expertise, and continued training. We specialize in providing Speech, Language, and Feeding therapy to preschool and young elementary school age children, from birth to 5 years of age. Mercedes frequently participates in continuing education and training programs in order to expand her knowledge and provide quality services to the community. She is available to provide therapy in English and Spanish in the child's home setting and other natural environments. She provides services in the areas of Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Satellite Beach, North Melbourne Beach. Mercedes is an approved provider with various insurance companies for Space Coast Early Steps Families. We also accept Step Up for Students Scholarships - Unique Abilities, and Children's Medical Services under Sunshine Health.
